120-Hour | 10-Month Professional Certification
IPHM Accredited | A Professional Training in Deep Transformational Coaching & Inner Integration
Upon successful completion of all requirements, participants receive:
• Certificate of Completion
• IPHM Accredited Certification
• Eligibility to apply for IPHM membership
Many coaching programs teach:
• Question frameworks
• Mindset techniques
• Surface behavioral tools
But they do not train:
• Identity-level transformation
• Emotional regulation in real time
• Nervous system literacy
• Somatic awareness
• Ethical containment of deep processes
Without these, coaching remains motivational – not transformational.
A Structured Path Into Transformational Practice
This 10-month professional training develops both:
• Transformational coaching skills
• Inner integration capacity
You will learn how transformation actually occurs:
• At the level of identity
• Through emotional integration
• Through narrative restructuring
• Through nervous system regulation
• Through embodied facilitation
This is coaching as craft.

No. This is a professional coaching certification. It does not qualify participants to practice psychotherapy or provide clinical treatment. We focus on transformational coaching within ethical scope of practice.
No formal certification is required. However, this is an advanced developmental training. Participants should be serious about professional growth and ready for inner work and skill development.
This is a 10-month program totaling 120 hours. In addition to live sessions, participants complete reflective assignments, integration exercises, and practice sessions.
You should expect consistent monthly engagement.
Both formats follow the same curriculum, structure, and certification standards. The in-person cohort includes live embodied practice in a physical space. The online cohort includes live virtual sessions and supervised practicum in a small group setting.
Neither format is “lighter” — both require full participation.
Yes — provided you engage fully with the training. You will graduate with structured session architecture, identity-based coaching skills, nervous system literacy, and observed practicum experience.
This program develops real facilitation capacity, not just theory.
Participants must attend at least 80% of live sessions to receive certification. Some sessions may be recorded, but live participation is strongly encouraged due to the experiential nature of the training.
Most certifications focus on questioning techniques and mindset tools. This program trains identity-based transformation, emotional regulation, session structure, and embodied facilitation over a 10-month developmental arc.
If you are seeking a quick certification, this may not be the right fit.
If you are ready for structured, depth-oriented training and personal integration alongside professional skill development — this program was designed for you.
This program operates in a contained cohort to ensure depth of practice and supervision.
