Stress Management is the ability to reduce the levels of stress felt by the mind and body, positive feelings and sense of inner control which shows as delayed or non reactivity to the stressful situations. It includes learning skills, including problem solving, non reactivity, awareness which lead to experience more balanced and healthier life.
Resilience is the ability to quickly bounce back from the stressful even to the prestress state. It’s connected to inner strength and mindful awareness.

Your initial evaluation session provides an opportunity for you to build rapport with the the coach and provide information about the goals, aspirations and expectations.
In addition, at the initial session, the coach will be able to answer your questions regarding services, confidentiality, and specifics of the coaching agreement.
At the end of your first session, if you decide to move forward and work the coach, you will be asked to schedule further appointments.
