Leaders take responsibilities on their shoulders and make decisions at all times. Being able to take the risk and make decisions goes along with the need for clear mind and ability to be in tuned in with higher intelligence. 

During the Leadership Mastermind group meetings we will discuss the concepts of Mindfulness and understanding of Interconnectedness. We will practice Mindfulness, Mindfulness meditation, heart and mind coherence techniques to help in finding balance, authentic  voice and clarity. 

About Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a practice of being fully present, developing ability to be non-reactive, calm and content at each moment, cultivate self-love and acceptance. 

Mindfulness doesn’t need to be connected, or be a spiritual practice. Its evidence based practice which shows incredible effects on the body and mind, including health, happiness, work, and relationships. 

Becoming Mindful might be transformative, as it asks for acceptance of what is, instead of looking for a change.
