T– Stands for Transpersonal. It’s about Body, Mind and Spirit that needs to be involved in creating a strong and empowering structure. It starts with the Vision and deeper understanding of the “WHY”. Why do we want this organization to exist?
R- Stands for Results. Organization must be built around the goals that are aligned with the vision. The results need to be measurable. In order to create the visible results, the organization must have systems in place that will allow for the aimed results to happen. It’s also “WHAT” of the organization. What do we do her, to bring us the results that we want”?
E– Stands for Empowering. This segment has everything to do with the managers and leaders that are in charge of the organizational growth. Leaders need to be skillful in their leadership roles. It’s the “How” of the organization, “how do we do things here”.
E– Stands for Evaluation. Everything that happens within the organization needs to be created in full symbiosis. Every employee, manager, leader is interconnected and represents the whole organization. This holistic approach leads to building the organization that is self- sustainable and doesn’t require the CEO to be constantly present. Organization follows the system.
TREE Model© works because it’s a model based on the values, purpose and strategy. It helps the leaders to connect and understand how organization is their extension. Its solution oriented and focused on what works.

First when we start the engagement, I’ll take time to evaluate your Spa/Wellness Space. I’ll use my tools to help the leaders to create/ re-create, or refresh the Vision for the business. I’ll work closely to know where the structure holds its strengths and what the weaknesses are. Then we will focus on what needs to be done, to improve and create the organization that you envisioned. Your success is in your hands!
Engagements length varies, mostly between 3-6 months dependently on the size of the organization and the depth of help required.
I offer Programs through Zoom, or fly I could fly in.
The Coaching Process
Your first step is to call us to schedule your initial appointment.
Your initial evaluation session provides an opportunity for you to build rapport with the therapist and provide them with some background about yourselves and the reasons you are seeking executive coaching. We will be able to answer your questions regarding services, confidentiality, and what to expect from it.
At the end of your first session, if you decide to move forward and work with Ania, you will be asked to schedule further appointments. At your second appointment, you will work with your therapist to set goals for your overall therapy experience and then begin working together towards achieving them.
